Quality Assurance
In the successful delivery of Security Services, quality assurance and control is paramount to the protection of life and property. Maxximus has developed a structured review and reporting of quality control procedures. All client reports and field activities undergo corporate review for completeness and accuracy, and inspection reports flow directly to the CEO before they can be adjusted or filtered in any way. Field documentation is also closely reviewed during the report preparation process to ensure a detailed and complete final deliverable to the client.
Maxximus employs a system where the training staff acts as Quality Control Monitors and auditors of each contract. They check the actual service delivery in order to ensure that each contract meets set standards, are in compliance with the Statement of Work and meet with all performance requirements of the company. In cases where deficiencies are noted, recommendations are determined and discussed with the CEO and the Project Manager. Remedies can include on the spot adjustments, re-training of the officer and/or the supervisor, changes to the training curriculum, or disciplinary action, if warranted.
The Quality Control Program at Maxximus is managed by Ms. Kiki Muse, a five-year veteran of the firm, who expertly handles all aspects of our work as it pertains to maintaining accuracy, integrity and compliance. She has been in the government contracting industry for over a dozen years and has achieved significant recognition by Maxximus’ clients for her work, both in Environmental testing and in Quality Assurance/Control.
